This event broke the stereotype: everyone is almost ridiculously welcoming and inclusive, sharing no sugar-coated hard-earned lessons from work life. Sharing insights with empathy, candor and community. More companies in the event industry should follow their example and be sensitive and ethical. Finland needs this event as it is holistic and people who would never meet can actually start working together! That is trust!

Crush Event really pierced, touched, and inspired. Rebel Leaders - Anna Pyykkö and Katja Presnal, heartfelt visionaries, gathered the day with 'crushingly' beautiful energies. There was an impressive sense of the goodness and strength of the people, which emerged from all speeches, conversations, meetings, and presence.

Päivästä jäi paljon hautumaan mieleen. Representaatio. Kenen tarinoita kerromme, kuka pääsee esille? Valtaa käyttävien vastuu on nostaa muita ylös ja varmistaa että he tulevat kuulluksi. Ei dominoida keskustelua toisten puolesta. Esimerkiksi viime aikoina oon nähnyt taas ihan liian monta valkoista miestä puhumassa johtamiensa yritysten henkilöstön monimuotoisuudesta. Ei vakuuta. Oli mukavaa olla tapahtumassa, jossa järjestelyt toimi, ruoka oli hyvää ja ihmiset mukavia. Näitä lisää!
