Kamilla Sultanova is an Uzbek-born keynote speaker, mentor, TedX speaker and the founder of the consulting firm ConnectUz. She guides organizations and communities towards integration and inclusiveness through inclusive projects, activating workshops and inspiring speeches.
Kamilla led the Hanken International Talent program 2019-2021, and mentored and coached international talents through events organized by Global Dignity.
Kamilla's work for inclusion in the Nordic countries has been cited both by the Barack Obama Foundation and by Suomen Sitran Muutosjohtajat-academy. In addition, Kamilla was chosen as one of the "40 under 40" by European Young Leaders network.
Kamilla just won the MySpeaker of the Year award in the Responsibility and Ethics series.
